Registration fees

a) For the conference

The registration fees for the 11^th International Francophone Conference on Surveys include:

• Participation in scientific activities;
• Coffee breaks;
• Participation in the guided tour of the Magritte Museum;
• Participation in the reception to be held on Wednesday evening at the conference venue.

They do not include accommodation or transportation costs.

Lunchtime meal

When registering (via the online form) for the conference, it will be possible to book lunches at the university restaurant for each of the three days of the conference, at a rate of 15 € per lunch (single price, to be added to the registration fee).

There are also many restaurants, snacks and cafeterias on and around the Solbosch campus.

On-site registration

On-site registration will be possible but will not necessarily include the social event and will not allow lunch reservations at the university restaurant.

Certificate of attendance

A certificate of attendance will be delivered to you at your arrival at the conference.

b) For training workshops

Fees table

Workshop registration fees include coffee breaks, but not lunch. When registering (via the online form) for the workshops, it will be possible to book a lunch at the university restaurant, at the (single) rate of 15 €.

Certificate of attendance

A certificate of attendance will be delivered to you at the end of the workshop.

Attention!

• It is possible to follow a face-to-face workshop on the online platform.
• The number of places at each workshop is limited, so remember to register early if you wish to participate.

c) Exemption from registration fees

Only members of the organising and scientific committees, workshop trainers, guest speakers, moderators and guest speakers at the round tables are exempt from the registration fees.

d) Possible changes

We ask you to inform us as soon as possible of any changes you may wish to make to your registration options by sending us an email at sondages2020@sciencesconf.org .

e) Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation of your registration to the conference, a refund of the registration fee will be possible upon written request by e-mail to sondages2020@sciencesconf.org before 18 September 2021, with a deduction of €50
